45th International Saxophone Symposium
The 45th International Saxophone Symposium, hosted by the U.S. Navy Band, features over 150 performances, masterclasses and lectures designed for musicians of all ages. The event is open to the public and no tickets are required.
First hosted in 1978, the International Saxophone Symposium features world-renowned saxophonists while highlighting the prominence of the saxophone in both classical and jazz literature.
PLEASE NOTE: The U.S. Navy Concert Band concert—originally scheduled for Friday, January 10 at 8 p.m. with featured soloists Makoto Hondo, ~Nois, and Musician First Class Harrison Clarke—has been canceled
The U.S. Navy Band Commodores will still perform a concert on Saturday, January 11 at 8 p.m. with special guest Will Vinson as scheduled.
